She is post graduate and an alumnus of IIM Rohtak. Having a great passion in sleep medicine she successfully completed advanced studies to be the Registered Polysomnograhic Technologist from American Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT). She has a excellent track in Academics being University topper in her graduation in Biomedical Engineering from Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

With over 4 years of dedicated working experience in the Sleep Medicine, she commands in analyzing and performing an appropriate sleep study by understanding patient’s special requirements, and thereby determining final testing procedures. She trains and supervise technicians, supervises quality assurance on their studies by using the AASM Gold standards, identified artifacts and corrected them using standard procedures and conducted and scored PSG tests on patients and treat their symptoms with PAP therapy.

She has experience in monitoring patient’s 02 levels and assessing the need to initiate 02 during the test, as well as identifying and documenting EKG arrhythmia that occur during the PSG. Some of her responsibilities in the Sleep Medicine have been but are not limited to recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Part of her training technician is to assure that they have vast knowledge of CPAP, BILEVEL, ASV titrations, Oxygen Administration, ETCO2 Monitoring, MSLT, MWT Studies, know all the rules on how to score a PSG and generating reports for Physician review.
